Ingredients: Carbonated spring water, lemon juice, ginger juice (3%), dietary plant fibre (corn fibre, chicory root inulin), natural ginger flavour, natural flavour, natural chili flavour, salt, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, zinc citrate, stevia leaf infusion (water, stevia leaves).
FHIRST contains 2 billion micro-encapsulated living cultures. Our micro-encapsulation process ensures that FHIRST’s health benefits are as stable and strong at the end of its shelf life, as they are on day one.
FHIRST contains 5 gram of fibre. We use a unique plant fiber blend based on chicory root inulin and a plant fiber called xylo-oligosacchardies (XOS). This strain stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria without any undesired side-effects. Our blend also makes the fiber content stable and potent without the risk of conversion over time.
FHIRST is a ZERO-SUGAR drink but we chose to work with natural juices instead of only natural aroma's. So hence the small calorie count on the nutritionals.
It all comes down to choosing the right ingredients. Our fresh organic juices gives FHIRST a delicious flavor and we use an infusion of organic stevia leaves (versus the usual chemical compound 'steviolglycoside'). This infusion gives FHIRST a gentle and natural sweet kiss.

I first tried Fhirst as a sample pack, and they are all great flavours (cherry being my fave), with the huge added benefit of your gut health at the forefront of their product mission. It’s gently bubbly and very refreshing for an easy on the go health drink.

I’m not usually a fan of fizzy drinks myself for the obvious reasons but Fhirst is a game changer. Not only does it deliver in terms of no rubbish, it actually delivers some key health benefits whilst also tasting amazing. The true test though was with my son (15) who is a big fan of Dr.Pepper. He loved the Fhirst drinks and would now find it difficult to choose between the two… this is a big win win Fhirst, well done. If you can get the kids off the high sugar **** it would be amazing!!

Took the plunge on trying these, I’m a bit sensitive to the usual sugary drinks but no such issues with these, and in fact good for the guts! Ginger mandarin was my pick of the pack, but my daughter preferred the passion fruit, so it tied in nicely. Buying more now to stock up.
