Ingredients: Carbonated spring water, passionfruit juice concentrate (2%), lemon juice, dietary plant fibre (corn fibre, chicory root inulin), natural flavour, salt, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, zinc citrate, stevia leaf infusion (water, stevia leaves).

FHIRST contains 2 billion CFU probiotics. CFU what? CFU stands for “colony forming unit”, which describes the number of cells that can multiply to form a colony. On a probiotic label, CFU represents the number of live cells contained in each serving. 

FHIRST contains 5 gram of prebiotics. We use a unique plant fiber blend based on chicory root inulin and a plant fiber called xylo-oligosacchardies (XOS). This strain stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria without any undesired side-effects. Our blend also makes the fiber content stable and potent without the risk of conversion over time.  

FHIRST is a ZERO-SUGAR drink but we chose to work with natural juices instead of only natural aroma's. So hence the small calorie count on the nutritionals.

It all comes down to choosing the right ingredients. Our fresh organic juices gives FHIRST a delicious flavor and we use an infusion of organic stevia leaves (versus the usual chemical compound 'steviolglycoside'). This infusion gives FHIRST a gentle and natural sweet kiss.
