Ingredients: Carbonated spring water, passionfruit juice concentrate (2%), lemon juice, dietary plant fibre (corn fibre, chicory root inulin), natural flavour, salt, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, zinc citrate, sweet leaf infusion (water, sweet leaves).

FHIRST contains 5 gram of fibre. We use a unique plant fiber blend based on chicory root inulin and a plant fiber called xylo-oligosacchardies (XOS). This strain stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria without any undesired side-effects. Our blend also makes the fiber content stable and potent without the risk of conversion over time.  

FHIRST is a ZERO-SUGAR drink but we chose to work with natural juices instead of only natural aroma's. So hence the small calorie count on the nutritionals.

It all comes down to choosing the right ingredients. Our fresh organic juices gives FHIRST a delicious flavor and we use an infusion of sweet leaves (versus the usual chemical compound 'steviolglycoside' or artificial sweeteners). This infusion gives FHIRST a gentle and natural sweet kiss.
