FHIRST contains 5 gram of fibre. We use a unique plant fiber blend based on chicory root inulin and a plant fiber called xylo-oligosacchardies (XOS). This strain stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria without any undesired side-effects. Our blend also makes the fiber content stable and potent without the risk of conversion over time.
FHIRST is a ZERO-SUGAR drink but we chose to work with natural juices instead of only natural aroma's. So hence the small calorie count on the nutritionals.
It all comes down to choosing the right ingredients. Our fresh organic juices gives FHIRST a delicious flavor and we use an infusion of sweet leaves (versus the usual chemical compound 'steviolglycoside' or artificial sweeteners). This infusion gives FHIRST a gentle and natural sweet kiss.

I started with the taster pack (and to be honest keep ordering it rather than 1-2 flavours because I love all flavours). I originally worried I wouldn't like Cherry Vanilla because I'm not big on Cherry but I actually really enjoy it. It makes for such a good alternative to a beer or wine on during the week evening or as a refresher / pick me up in the afternoon. I don't like soft drinks normally because I find them too sweet, and whilst FHIRST is sweet, it isn't overly sweet, with the fruit flavors being the prominent taste.

I love these drinks. They are soo good! I’m on the keto diet and really missed my zero coke. I’m trying to stay away from bad sweeteners as well. So i thought i just give these drinks a try. But seriously so good! I will definitly order again.
